Traveling west on Pa 113 from Souderton, veer left onto Maple Avenue 2 miles before junction with Pa 63. The mill is on right side of Maple Avenue a few blocks short of joining with Pa 63.

Built 1888 by Manassah (Mathias) S. Clemens and operated as a grist and cider mill by Henry Clemens into the 1940's. Powered only by steam and electricity as there was no close stream source. It also was at times a place where apple butter and candy was made.

The 35x50 foot brick mill sports 2.5 stories of brick and a fieldstone basement.

The date built, 1888, can be seen on the front of the catshead. GPS: 40° 16.82'N, 75° 23.22'W 276' elevation

The mill,which sit beside the creamery in Harleysville, operated as a custom feed mill until 1980, after which it was the home for a consruction co. until it was converted into "Old Mill Antiques" in 1984 at 279 Maple Ave. It was also a hosiery mill sometime in its career.
