From I-81 at Glade Spring, take SR 91 south about 2.5-3 miles to Route 731 on the left. Turn onto 731 and go about 1.5 miles to Route 605. Turn left and go about 1 mile to Route 733/Rush Creek Road, on the left. Turn left, go about 200 yards and the mill will be on the left on a stone road.

The mill was built by Christopher DeBusk around 1812.

The mill was later owned by William "Squire Bill" Widener, who rebuilt it in 1861.

The lady next door owns the mill, together with other family members,but, there is not agreement upon if and/or when to renovate.
