Built in 1859 by Otis Hall and Samuel F. Dale. After a number of years, Johnson & Co. bought the mill and the roller process was installed in 1882. Johnson & Co. still owned the mill into 1918, with flour and feed production under the management of H.W. Bostwick.

I have inherited an old three story grist mill in Venango, Pa approximately 200 years old. Timbers cut on circular saw mills, the 40' x 55' mill has no real remaining mill equipment.
