The mill is located on the corner of Creamer Ave. and Maple St. in the town of Jeffersonville, nestled on the banks of Sugar Creek.

The mill was established in 1894.

Lossen Day was probably the organizer of the mill being established, as Day was the mayor of Jeffersonville from 1902-1904.

Jacob Creamer was the towns first postmaster in June of 1834. The mill is on the corner of Creamer Avenue and Maple Street.

A ten pound bag used, at the mill when it was Lossen Day Flour Mill, for containing granulated, Fresh Ground cornmeal.

It is unknown at present what the steel ribbons are for on what appears to be a railroad right-of-way
