From Middleburg, go east on Sh 522 about 2.7 miles to a junction with White Top Road, just before entering the village of Kreamer. Turn left/north on White Top Road. Shortly after the road turns left, turn right on Globe Mills Road/Sr 1007, go about 0.2 miles to the mill on the left. The mill can be seen from Rt. 522.

The mill is built of timber post & beam construction in 1885. One other source stated 1870 as a construction date.

This mill, built in 1885, replaced an earlier frame mill built by in 1788. GPS: 76' 59.19W, 40' 48.07N

One of the later roles of the mill was to serve as a base for a chinchilla raising operation, known as Pine Meadows Chinchilla Ranch. Ownership unknown during the chinchilla operation.

The 3 bay x 4 bay, 3.5 story brick on stone foundation mill was built as a replacement to the 1788 frame mill in 1885 by S.H. Yoder.

John Reitzman owned the earlier frame mill from 1814-1829. After several ownerships, Yoder bought the mill and built the current mill in 1885(?). The mill was later owned by J.A. Eichman, then his sons Lear and Mark Eichman.
