the mill is located at the junction of Pine Road/Sr 3006 & Barnitz Road west of Burnt House Road, south of W Old York Road/Pa 174. West of Mount Holly Springs & east of Huntsdale, in Dickinson Twp. in Stuart Park on the original parcel of land developed by James Weakley in 1768. The mill is just downstream of the confluence of Cold Spring Run with Yellow Breeches Creek.

Some locals are disturbed that the mill has been restored as much as it has, then just left to sit behind a chainlink fence for who knows what or why, and for how long, before work will be completed.

Perhaps funding did not stretch as far as anticipated and/or cost had risen substantially between the bidding process and the project being awarded.
