Exit I-5 onto US 99 south about 1-2 miles north of Oakland. Continue into town on US 99/Oakland-Shady Hwy/N. 1st St. past Locust St./Driver Valley Road. Stay with SE 1st St. when S. Front St./Oakland-Shady Hwy/US 99 veers right. The buildings should be around the junction with SE Walnut and/or SE Apple St., mill on the left, warehouse on the right just beyond the mill.
