This Buncombe county landmark was a working grain mill form 1912 to 1965. Today the "Mill" has a reputation for fine food in a unique historic atmosphere.

This is a former grist mill my Great Grandfather Medler helped build and operate with Vincent E. Wright in Weaverville, NC., called Reems Creek Milling Company then.
The "Mill" was a working grist mill until 1965. The mill first opened as a restaurant in 1972. There are still many original pieces of equipment. We hope you enjoy the historic, rustic atmosphere, and take time to relax.
The "Mill" can accommodate up to 250 party members. Book your party in advance! Open at 500 pm Tuesday thru Thursday in season. Closed in January, then open Thursday ? Sunday in February and March. Open for the season on April 1.
