Off the Southern Tier Epressway/Sh 17 northbound, turn right onto Ch 10/Cameron St. Cross the Bath & Hammondsport Railroad tracks the mill is on the right between the tracks and W. Morris St., within 1000’ of the Cohocton River.

In the late 1800's the building was used as a "Bean House".
The Ward family purchased the building and turned it into a feed mill in the early 1900's.
The family made several changes and additions to the mill.
The newest building was added in the 1990's, the building featured in the first picture.
The family ran a feed store in another town before purchasing this building. The Ward family still runs the business in 2007.
