The address is 664 E. Meeting Road, Dandridge, Tn. From the middle of the town of Dandrige, go east on SR 9/E. Meeting Road about 1.5 miles to the mill on the north side of the road.

The brick building is in good condition, but it is no longer operating. It was possibly powered by the small stream that comes down and crosses Sr9/US 25W/US 70 just east of Rimmer Creek and Riley Road. Both streams flow into Douglas Lake.

Where "White Rose" flour was produced. The brick biulding in very good condition, but not in operation. Ruth Sims Hill of Dandridge, died at age 92 on Nov.7, 2006. Her husband, William Richard Hill, had the W.C. Hill Milling Co. before he died. W.C. Hill must have been his father. The Hills were born about 1915, so a generation earlier would put the mill building at about the 1890's.
In 2011, the mill houses a small bait shop/store, the Buck-N-Bass, and several apartments.
