About 35 miles west of Norfolk, Ne., on US 275 near Ne 14 in Neligh. Upon entering Neligh from the SE on US 275, turn left on 3rd St. and go 2 blocks west to N St. Mill is on NW corner of 3rd and N Sts.

A frame feed mill / elevator kitty-cornered from Neligh Mills State Historic Park. It was probably diesel or electricity powered even though it is close to the Elkhorn River.
The railroad side of the mill, where feeds could be shipped out and the raw ingrediants for mixing various types of livestock feed could be shipped in.
The truck scales of the Tinsley Grain & Feed operation, which was still operating in 2004.
