From US 222 at Kutztown, go north 2.5 miles on Pa 737. The mill is on the east side north of Pa 737 & Mill Creek's crossing, between Kutz Mill Road & Ebling Road junctions.

The 2.5 story stone & frame 40'X 45' mill was built in 1876 on the site of the earlier Lenhard Mill.

The 1987 photo was taken on the long shot that it might have been a mill since the name of the business operating there was the Old Mill Auto Service. The photo was taken by Jim Miller 10/1987

In 2005, the mill had been greatly restored from it's 1987 appearance and functioned as an auto parts shop.

A closeup view of the restored mill.

The remains of Dietrich's Stone Arch Bridge were nearby in 1987.

A fire of undetermined origin swept thru the converted mill, just prior to 02/2010, leaving mostly just the stone walls standing. Cleanup had been completed by the time these photos were taken on 05/12/2010 by Susan Cabot, of ASC Group, Inc about a week after the fire.

It is not known if the owner will rebuild the old structure. Photo taken by Susan Cabot, of ASC Group, Inc on 05/12/2010 about a week after the fire.

There is a need for more information concerning this mill.
