South of Rosemont on W. Lancaster Ave/W. Lancaster Pike/US 30, turn left on Woodside Rd. and go 0.5 miles, take Mill Creek Road left for about 1 mile. The mill is at Mill Creek, on the left,just before the junction with Old Gulph Road.

A 2.5 story stone/stucco mill converted to apartments or residence, more likely a residence. Built in 1846, The 30'X 35' mill has not much more is known about it at the present time.
