The first mill, located a short distance upstream, was built c 1800 by Abraham Keagy.

It was replaced by the present mill in 1830-33, also built by Abraham Keagy, after a fire destroyed the first.

Keagy owned both a grist mill and a woolen mill.

The millrace is still visible. It is presently owned by a rod and gun club. It did house several shops not long ago.

The mill was known by several names, Keagy Mill, Old Mill Springs Mill, and the last being Curtis C. Replogle's Mill in 1948.
