Patterson Mill
This mill is located at 600 N. Tenn. Ave./Cr 13, at the northern edge of War Memorial Park in Martinsburg at Tuscarora Creek.

This medium-sized, early industrial building is made of rubble limestone.
Much of the stone-work on the front of the mill doesnt appear to have much mortar between the stones.
This mill is located at 600 N. Tennesse Ave/Cr 13, at the northern edge of War Memorial Park in Martinsburg at the Tuscarora Creek near Millrace Drive.
The Miller's House, located across the driveway, came into existence in 1765. It was built in two sections, originally log but now weather boarded.
The water wheel was on the south wall, which is four stories high.
