The mill building was built in the late 1800's by William Oster to serve the people of Osterburg, Pa. In 1984 the mill was dismanteled and taken to Leesburg, Virginia.
There it was placed in the complex of shops along with the Tuscarora Mill, which was moved about 33 feet and both were refurbished.
The French styled building, reminiscent of St Genevieve, Mo. buildings, is the Fire Works Pizza.
The water race under the mill has a couple of turbines visible.
