Moser Grist Mill / Edgewood Mill
Located about 6 miles north of Oley on Pa 73 just short of the township line and just after Sand Hill Rd. on the right. The mill is in a farm complex of house and Quaker style stone barn. Mill can be seen down off roadside in the woods before getting to the farm structures.

The mill was in fair condition in November 1992. The house and barn were for sale at the time, most probably the mill was also.
The 3.5 story mill measures about 40'x50' and is of a mixed bag of limestone and fieldstone. At times, it was known as Moser Mill or Edgewood Mill. The Edgewoood name is quite appropriate since it is stuck right in the edge of a section of woods.
A more recent view of the rear of the mill taken in November 2006 from Pa 73. It seems the mill has sold since the 1992 visit, as renovations have taken place and access is limited to views from the road, as the mill is enclosed within chainlink fence.
The 4 bay mill is of Georgian style architecture. The mill is currently owned by John Burns, 2003.
Photo taken in November 2006, since new owners have conducted some major renovations on the mill. GPS: 40' 25.87N, 75' 52.35W 558'/170 meters Fleetwood Quadrangle
