Moselem Farms Mill was built in 1870 by an Iron company.
Mill now owned by Lenny Schecter, operating a renovating business and using the mill as warehouse for his business.
The large archway on the side of the mill near the rear corner is the inlet for Maiden Creek waters to flow into the mill, turn the turbines and/or wheel, then exit the mill through the three outlet arches along the rear of the building. Two arches are common, three are less so.
The 3.5 story, 35'x50' brick/limestone mill was in great condition in October 1982, even sporting a new brown tile roof.
Some of Mr Schecter's equipment and materials for building renovation.
More info is needed for this mill.
