The small mill on an estate is in good condition, but not operational now.

Fairly easy to photograph from US 27 except for some pine trees. A telephoto lens would be helpful.

The mill is built right on the bank of the dam beside the spillway, as Bragsworth Creek flows through the impoundment.

The grounds were posted for "no trespassing" which makes photography a little more difficult.
