The mill sits behind the big barn on a bend in the road.
The 2.5 story frame mill on a one story brown & buff sandstone foundation.
The original mill was built by the Mattis family in the late 1700's. It was taken down by a tornado and replaced by the present mill in the early to mid-1800's.

The inlet arch on the left side of the mill. The stream flow of the Wiconisco Creek, behind the mill, is from left to right.
The miller's house on the Mattis farm/mill property. The Mattis family still owns the farm and mill, although the mill is not operating.
The mill is situated on private property, so ask permission before going onto the property to take photos.
