On Pa 73 about 1 mile north of Schwenksville Boro. Just past Spring Mount Rd. junction with Pa 73. The mill is on the right.

Frame mill painted blue was an operating feed mill/garden supply store in the fall of 1992. Notice millstone leaned up against the extreme right edge of original mill building. Cannot be certain if it was ever water-powered. The left half of the mill, with the three vertical doors, was gone by June/July 2007.
