From Pa 29 at the south end of Emmaus, branch right onto Pa.145 until making a left onto S 4th Street, taking it north to Minor St. Mill is on south side of Minor Street at S 4th street.

Probably never water powered since it's not real close to a stream. Mill is well kept 2.5 story frame with a bottom story(street level) of fieldstone. Several frame/cinder block add-ons complete the picture.

Roof is a hip roof of slate material. Mill door in stone portion has been replaced with a double overhead door, but three more mill doors remain culminating in a dormer catshead.

The mill was Laudenslager & Geist Steam/Electric Mill since 1914 til closing as a mill. It is now the headquarters for a commercial heating & refrigeration business.
