Turn south onto Woodrow Ave. from US 422 in Sinking Spring. Go over the Conrail tracks and the mill is on the left opposite Commerce St at 205 Woodrow Ave. and bordering Columbia Ave.
The large brick & masonry mill structure fronts on Woodrow Ave. and extends into the triangle formed byu the Conrail tracks and Columbia Ave.
The rear of the complex, formerly a flour mill, now designated as the Seed Division of F.M. Brown's & Sons.
Some metal seed hoppers at the current seed division mill. The mill later had a smoke stack for steam power and later changed to electricity. F.M.Brown's & Sons Tack Shop is nearby at 797 Commerce St., just east of the mill.
The former flour roller mill, later F.M.Brown's & Sons Inc feed mill specializing in seeds. The mill was built in the late 1800's on Cacoosing Creek and most probably was at first water-powered.
