Klinger's Mill / Old Forge Mill
This mill is situated on the east side of Pa. 339 at the south end of the town of Mainville, Main Twp., Columbia Co.
Allen Mann is the reputed builder of the original mill when the Old Forge at Mainville was abandoned.
The first fire in Mainville after the fire deptartment was established. The Brockway tanker truck responded to the 1930 rebuilt mill when a fire stared in the cob crib.
Mann conveyed the property to Peter Knect in 1875 and Knecht sold it to Charles Reichart in 1880.

Reichart operated it until 1892 when it became the property of J. Kester and Co. They remodeled the mill and operated it until 1918 when Fred I. Johnson became the owner. J.B. Kester & Son letterhead.

The mill burned in 1928 and in 1930 the present mill was built by John E. Klingerman, who equipped it with modern feed mill equipment GPS: 76' 22.21W, 40' 58.18N
