The mill is located on the northwest corner of S. Court St. and Harrison Ave. in Circleville, Ohio near the junction of US 22 & US 23.

Not much is known about the mill, except the Keynes Bros. started the business in 1869.

They also have another mill in Logan, about 35 miles ESE of Circleville just north of US 35 and the Hocking River, at Sh 93/S. Mulberry Street and E. Front Street in town

A 2007 photo of Google Street Map shows some other tall buildings on the right side of those in the picture. It looked perhaps like it had suffered a fire and was being dismantled. One tall structure carried the Purina Feeds logo.
