East on CR21027 in Grantham, Pa, Cumberland Co. right turn into Mill Rd. to mill, on right within .3 mi. Mill Rd. veers right at the mill, while College Ave. bears left to Grantham College.
Very attractively maintained residence 3.5 stories tall. The 35x55 foot mill is 2 story fieldstone for half it's footprint and the other half is clapboard siding. Three doors high to the catshead with s small deck at the second door. Interesting diamond-shaped windows either side of second floor door.
