The mill is a 3.5 story stone/stucco structure of 40'X 60'. An additional attached structure on the southwest end measures 25'X 35' and is constructed of stone or cement block, covered with stucco.
Initially water powered from the Perkiomen Creek, the mill was powered by two turbines. In 1987, plans were for restoration of the aged structure.
The mill has been improved from the 1987 appearance, although not radically.GPS: 40D 10.12'N, 75D 27.68 W ele 118'/36 meters Collegeville Quadrangle
Mostly, the improvements have been structural, weatherization, and perhaps some renovation interiorly.
The miller's house is located almost directly across Yerkes Road from the mill.
There could be apartments located within the mill, although not many cars were parked in the environs.
