North of Forksville about 2 miles on Pa 87, turn left onto SR 4007. Go for 5 miles to the community of Hugo Corners. Mill is few blocks off the main road, but visible from there.

Ivan Hugo's Mill is a 2.5 story cut/manufactured stone mill measuring roughly 65' long x 40' wide. It is situated near Mill Creek, but may have always been electically powered. Looked to be an operating feed mill in Nov. 1992 and may have started as a feed mill and remained one.
