Verse for Thought
"My soul, wait silently for God alone, for my expectation is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved."
({Psalm 62:5 & 6 NKJV})
One of the "Twin Mills" at Belvidere, N.J., the brick felt mill was built in 1790 by Major Robert Hoops. The 35'X 70' brick mill, at 3.5 stories in height, was converted to a grist mill in the late 1800's. For many years in the 1900's, the mill and the adjacent Red Frame Mill were both operating simultaneously and independently of each other as feed mills. Not hard to find out what your competitor is doing, being that close! In 1992, the mill was operating as a custom trophy sales store.
