An old mill, 3.5 stories in height, 35'X 50' of fieldstone/stucco construction. Looks to have had a 4th door with a dormer catshead/bag hoist at one time. In June 1988, the roof had good integrity although a few window panes needed repair. In 1860 the mill was Evan's Grist and Sawmill. In 1883 the property was owned by John Moses.

The mill once contained an up-and-down sawmill that has since been placed in the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. The overall condition was good. Indications are that here is another old mill being preserved for the enjoyment of future generations.
