Located in historic Salisbury, NC, Grimes Mill was an important roller mill that produced flour, meal and feed. It was constructed in 1896 by North Side Roller Mill Co., and operated by the Grimes family from 1906-1963. In 1983, it was purchased by the Historic Salisbury Foundation.
