From I-70 in Union Twp, go south on Ohio 149 to its junction with Ohio 147 at Belmont. Turn right on Ohio 147 and drive to the town of Bethesda. Go south on Main Street to Depot Street. Turn right and drive to the mill at 109 Depot Street near where Depot Street becomes Willow Avenue.
Two former cooperatives, Washington Landmark & Rolling Hills Landmark, going back to the 1930's, consolidated in March 2002 to form the Green Valley Co-Op, Inc. The Cooperative has nine locations in five Southeastern Ohio counties, Bethesda being one of the oldest locations.
May Have been water-powered at an earlier time as it has several ponds and a stream in close proximity.
