The mill was one time the property or leased to George W. Lillich and Sons, Feed Milling.

The mill is a 2.5 story frame structure on a concrete foundation measuring about 30'X 40' without the additions.SInce 2007, the 2,5 story frame mill has been torn down and a 1.5 story vinyl clad structure has replaced the old mill on the original foundation minus the shed extensions behind and on the right side.
