Travel south of Potosi 11 miles on Mo 21, turn left 1 mile short of Caledonia onto SH C and go 4 miles to Belgrade.
The former Farrell Flour/Feed Mill is located in Belgrade, Missouri in southern Washington Co. The mill is adjacent to a church and cemetery, and is visible from the SH C.
The flour mill was first run using a one cylinder diesel engine that was cooled with water from a water tank attached to the left corner of the building in the photo.
Lipscomb's Feeds are featured at the now Dickey Farm Supply on Compton St., one block north of SH C in Belgrade. The original mill used a Midget Marvel flour mill, but all flouring equipment was replaced many years ago in the changeover from flour production to feed grinding using electricity.
