The DeBusk family built this second mill, this time on the Middle Fork of the Holden River, in about 1870.
They had just priorly sold their earlier mill, the DeBusk Mill on Rush Creek, to William "Squire Bill" Widener in about the mid-1800's.
Historically known as the Ebbing Spring Roller Mill, the three story frame structure has its roller equipment intact.
The dam is also still located across the stream and the millrace is evident.
