Located at 66 Main Street, just north of Sanitarium Sreet. Between NJ 31 and Main Street/Old NJ 31. The mill is most visible along NJ 31 across from the junction with High Street alongside Spruce Run Creek.

The mill is about a 35' X 50', 3.5 story stone structure, partially stuccoed. The front 2.5 story portion has been rebuilt with wood, then stuccoed.

The D. H. Bandhart Shoe Shop in 1873. The D.H. Banghart resdence in 1873 was several house north along Main Street, the same side. The 1873 map depicted the mill as: D.H. Banghart, dealer in Flour, Feed, and Grain.
