A flour and/or feed mill probably dating from the early 20th century.

May have been water-powered, but judging from when it was probably built, was more likely steam, then electricity. The Radcliffe Creek runs about 2000 feet from the mill beyond the railroad tracks, so water-power shouldn't be ruled out.
