From New Hope. Pa. on Sr 179/Bridge Street, cross the Delaware River and turn left/north on N. Union St. Go 3 blocks and turn left on York St. In 1 block, the mill is on the west outside corner of the junction with Clinton Street.

This mill was built c.1847 by Judge John Coryell. The 1873 atlas shows the grist mill belonging to another person.

By 1885 the mill was used for another business. In 2018 the mill has been refurbished and appears to house two apartments.
