Where Pa 851/Bryansville Road enters Peach Bottom Twp. from Fawn Twp., go about 1.3 miles to Kilgore Rd. Turn right on Kilgore Road and the mill is on right near Hollow Road.

The mill was built sometime from 1820 to 1850 in a Post Medieval Style.

The 12'X 4' steel waterwheel is still attached to the outside of the mill, which has been greatly alter toa private dwelling. The mill had a sack hoist/catshead on the long side as a dormer. The rest of the original front of the mill is hidden by alterations.

William Burns was known to be the last operator of the mill in 1930.
