If ever water-powered, the source would have been the Conewago Creek, about three blocks distant.

The brick structure had housed a heating and air conditioning business, perhaps still does. Also a hair,tanning, & nail studio called Michelangelo's has one end while the other end houses Old Glory-an antique, craft and/or flag shop?
