From the Junction of Sh 241 and Sh 743 at the north end of Elizabethtown, take Sh 241/ Mt. Gretna Rd. for 3 miles to a crossroad with Bellaire Rd., turn left and go 0.1 mile to the mill on the right.

The fork mill is located across Bellaire Road from the Bellaire Feed Mill in the community of Bellaire in northern Mt. Joy Township.

The owner of the Bellaire Feed Mill only knew that it was a fork mill at one time. It is now a private residence.
