From Ludwigs Corner on Pa 100, go north, turn right on Horseshoe Trail, left on Jaine Ln., right on Flowing Springs Rd. Mill is on the right coming downhill just before Birchrun Creek and Hollow Rd. in the village of Birchrunville.

The mill is a small, 25'X 35', 2.5 story mill of native fieldstone. The residence has two dormers on the upper side and the business end of the former mill is stucco painted light yellow.

Three reinforcing rods run length-wise through the structure. The Birchrunville Post Office was established here in 1868.

Situated in a very picturesquem setting. Need more info on this mill. In 1860, the mill was known as Kinsey's Grist and Saw Mill.GPS: 40D 7.94'N, 75D 38.52'W ele 354'/108 meters Pottstown Quadrangle
