The very impressive 35'x50' Bucks County fieldstone mill towers upward for 3.5 stories.
The native eastern white pine that used to be close to the corner has been cut down, providing a much better view from this point.
The windowed in stone arched inlet of the forebay has a datestone above it that reads 1773. GPS: 40' 10.40'N, 74' 59.41'W Ele. 115’/35 meters Langhorne Quadrangle
The mill went through an alteration in 1840. It was also renovated probably in the 1940's-1950's, turning the old into a residence.
The stone chimney on the right front corner indicates it might have been converted to steam power, possibly as a backup or that the office fireplace exhausted smoke into the chimney.
