From Kingston Pike, west of Knoxville and about 1 mile west of I-140, go south on Concord Road/Sh 332 to the next traffic light, about 0.5 miles. Turn left (still on Concord Road and the mill will be on the right at 503 Concord Road, as the road bends to the right, down over a hill.

The mill was built in the late 1800's. This mill owned and operated by William Hackney, was powered by a turbine.
