A man, two doors down from the mill, was asked if he knew anything about this building. He said he knew it was an old mill but did not know any name for it.

A close-up view of the covered loading area, minus one support post on the left side. Many believe this is the Mathias Wilkins Mill. *Update: The identification of this mill as Mathias Wilkins Mill is incorrect. This mill was built by my Grandfather, A.M. Snider, and his brother, Arthur Snider, and was later owned primarily by my Grandfather. Annabelle Vance 08/30/2013* A tributary, Snyder Run, joins Lost River from the east about a mile south on Sr 259. The stream the mill is located on, Upper Cove Run, is also a tributary of Lost River. The Snyder (Snider) name may be attributed to the same family?
A framed two story addition, about half the width and half the depth is attached on the right side and set back from the main structures front edge. A dormer window on the main part of the mill looks out over the addition.
