The corregated sreel siding clad 30'X 180' frame mill is 3.5 stories in height except for 60' on the rear which are 2.5 stories.

The mill, which was operational within the last half decade, is for lease and/or sale probably. More history is needed about this mill. About 2000' northwest of Piney Creek, but probably never water-powered. The mill was removed from the site between March 2007 and January 2010. The area is now a vacant field.
