The wooden frame 40'X 50' mill was built in the 1850's as a grist mill which later converted to a roller flour mill in the late 1800's.

The mill has a 3 story addition originating in 1905 resulting from the rebuilding of the mill following a 1898 fire.

The mill is situated near the southern banks of the wiconisco Creek close to Pa 147 at Pearl Street.

The mill closed not too long before the disasterous 1972 flood.

the mill is in fair condition for an old frame mill in 2006. It looks to be used for adverisement banners and possibly for meetings of the groups advertised, perhaps also for storage.
