A 3.5 story mill, 45'X 55' built mostly of Fieldstone and red & red-gray sandstone, except for part of the third story on both lateral sides, which appear to have been repaired using limestone.

The door frames are showing some serious deterioration. The one piece red sandstone lintels above and door steps below the front doors are quite impressive.

The date stone for Seyfert's Mill proclaiming that the mill was built by Joseph (Jos) & Hannah Seyfert in 1840. There was some information to the fact that the mill was built in 1815. Perhaps this was an earlier mill.

A different view of the mill, taken from the NW, showing part of the conrete headrace leading toward the mill. *Update: The mill ceased operation in 1959 when contruction of I-78 would have required a culvert be placed under the new interstate highway to enable the mill to keep its water supply. Milling was slowing, so the Kline family took a buy-out rather than the expense of the culvert. The wheel has been removed also according to Paul Kline.
