A 35'X 45' 2.5 story frame mill built in 1883 primarily as a steam saw mill. Messers Joseph Hine and John Boegel(Boegle) built the mill that was later converted to a flour mill. From 1926 through 1969, the mill was operated by Clifford Wommack and his wife. The concrete grain storage silos and several add-on structures probably came about in this time period.

The mill stood idle for about a decade before being purchased, along with some adjioning acreage totaling two acres, by the newly organized Fair Grove Historical and Preservation Society soon after 1977. The mill, having been known as Boegle & Hine Flour Mill, Wommack Mill, Fair Grove Mill, and Wommack Feed Mill, was aquired with the intent to preserve the mill in order to make it operational as a working mill museum. The mill was mostly intact, including most of the flour making machinery and buhr stones. The restoration is ongoing.
