In 2013 the mill is in very poor condition. No equipment remains on the first floor. The wheel is still attached to the mill on the creek side.

Directions: Go south from US 321 in Greeneville on Sr 70 about 8 miles and turn left/east on E. Allens Bridge Road/Meadow Creek Raod. Go about 1.8 miles to Link Mill Road on the right. Turn right, cross the creek and the mill will be on the left.
